Refunds

No refunds on opened products except for your first bottle purchase of the 2 oz. Blemish Drops. Shipping and handling is not included in refunds. Refund instructions can be found on the receipt that comes with your package and on our Satisfaction Guarantee page.

Extra Charges

You may be charged for the re-shipment of packages that are returned to us due to incomplete address information. You may incur a $10.00 restocking fee for refused or unclaimed packages.
